Dr. David Mackay heads our research and trials program offering a service to industry in conducting various tests and trials using the resources of our farm.

Dr. Mackay holds an honours degree in Agricultural economics and a Masters degree in Economics from the University of New England and a PhD in information systems from Deakin University.

We offer a turn key service from program implementation, monitoring and testing, to collection, processing of results, and preparation and presentation of reports.

Larundel Pastoral Co is affiliated with Sykes Vet International Pty Ltd and Sypharma Pty Ltd, both family related companies manufacturing a range of veterinary products and pharmaceuticals. Sykes Vet International Pty Ltd manufactures and distribute well known brand names including Sykes, Ruddock and Potties to the agricultural and equine markets, whilst Sypharma Pty Ltd manufacture a range of pharmaceuticals.
